SIMBA-DAC SOLUTIONS, INC. is a wholly owned Filipino corporation organized to provide a broad range of services to the burgeoning needs of the growing industrial and commercial sectors in the Philippines specially, Metro Manila. Initially organized on November 1, 2014, in compliance with DOLE D.O. 174 and Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). It addresses the expanding needs of our clients.
The company have emerged from the conversion processed developed through painstaking, planning and decision making of the incorporators and managers of TAMARAW GROUP OF COMPANIES (CONGLOMERATE,) under the concept of “Total Client Service” for more than SIXTY (60) Years of business experience.
SIMBA-DAC has successfully provided the expertise required to meet the requirement of our clients – expertise which is continually refined, upgraded and improved to stay ahead of industries dynamic and progress. This flexibility enables to anticipate changing characteristics of modern organizations.
The goal which guides the major policies of Simba-dac is the conversion of relatively unskilled young men and women into skilled, professional, effective work forces specialized in a wide range of “General Services” e.g.; Office Support Staff, Customer Service Representative, Sales and Promo, Front Desk Receptionist, Messengerial, Housekeeping, Warehouse and Production Personnel, Professional Driver. Underlying this major policy is the conviction that the greatest resources of this country in its work force and the unemployed represent the most tragic and irreplaceable loss of the wealth to our society.
The company assures of a three-fold advantage, highly trained personnel, quality supplies and materials suited for particular needs and high degree of supervision.
